If you’re between sizes, we recommend going with the larger option for a more comfortable fit. Be sure to check out the size chart in the product image gallery to find the best fit for you.

How many pet faces can I add to one item?

Each custom apparel item can feature up to three different pet faces.

When will I receive my custom pet apparel?

It typically takes about 4 weeks to process and create your custom item. Once it’s ready, we’ll ship it directly to the address you entered at checkout.

Can I include any type of pet on my apparel?

Absolutely! As long as you can provide a clear photo of your pet’s face, we can work with it — whether it’s a dog, cat, bird, or even a reptile. Just a heads-up: due to the custom nature of the product, there may be slight variations in colour.

What materials are used in your pet-themed apparel?

Our custom pajamas are made from an ultra-soft blend of 96% polyester and 4% spandex for a smooth, comfy feel. Other apparel items are made from 100% cotton, offering both comfort and vibrant print quality to showcase your pet.

How should I wash my custom apparel?

To keep your item looking great, wash it inside out with cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly on the printed area to preserve the design.

What kind of photo should I upload?

• Check out our Photo Guide for tips on the best lighting, framing, and quality. These are just recommendations — if your pet has passed and the available photos don’t meet the guide, don’t worry. We’ll still do our best to work with what you have.
• If our designers run into any issues with your image, we’ll contact you through email and text (up to three times). If we don’t hear back, we’ll cancel the order and issue you a gift card so you can restart whenever you’re ready.

Do you offer faster shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Once your order is finished, you’ll receive a tracking number. Updates will begin as soon as your order is handed off to our shipping facility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please note that delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processing. Any duties or import fees are set by your local government and are not included in your purchase with Petdaer.
