What kind of photos should I upload for the best results?

• We want your custom product to turn out amazing, so we carefully check every photo you send. If we spot any issues, we’ll reach out via email and ask for better images.
• For the best outcome, we recommend using well-lit photos taken in natural daylight, without flash, and ideally at your pet’s eye level. Clear, front-facing shots work best!

What product sizes are available?

• Each custom item comes in multiple size options so you can pick what works best for you.
• For example:
  Custom mugs come in 11 oz and 15 oz sizes
  Custom blankets are available in 50″ x 60″ and 60″ x 80″
  Just check the product page for available size choices.

How many pet faces can I include on one product?

• Most custom items can feature up to one to three pets faces.
• On mugs, for instance, you can have one face on the front and another on the back.
• Phone cases can display up to three pet faces max.
• Be sure to review the options listed on each product page to see what’s possible!

What’s your return policy?

Since every item is made-to-order and personalised just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or edits once your order is in production. Thanks for understanding!

Can I choose expedited shipping?

• Yes! Any available expedited shipping options will be shown at checkout.
• Once your item is finished, we’ll send you a tracking number. It’ll start updating once your package leaves our production facility and is on its way to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please note that delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processing. Any duties or import fees are set by your local government and are not included in your purchase with Petdaer.
