Shipping Destinations: All products on the Petdaer website are available for worldwide shipping.

1.Order Processing Time: Order processing time is 1-3 business days (except the pre-sale product).
2.Creation time: Standard order creation time: 8 weeks
Rush order creation time: Completed within 2 weeks if possible

Delivery Time:
Once your order has been processed, expect it to arrive within 7-15 business days. In most cases, orders will arrive within 7-12 business days of shipment.
Transportation Service Providers:
We primarily use UPS and trusted local transportation companies in each country/region.
All tracking numbers will be provided after the shipping information is generated. The logistics information for the tracking numbers will begin to be updated after the order is transferred to the logistics company’s sorting center.
